   This is a recopilation of known bugs in FlasKMPEG and its possible workarounds.

 This is a problem with the AC3 decoder that doesn’t handle correctly corrupted AC3 streams.

  Not really a workaround, but disabling sound decoding should avoid the problem.

 Try starting the compiling not at the beginning, but rather sometime into the file

  Not a FlasKMPEG bug but a Panasonic’s plugin one. It has been fixed in the version 2.1 of the plugin.

Use and MPEG fixer to change the aspect ratio information of the output file. (DVMPEG). Only necessary for version 2.01 of panasonic’s plugin

Yes, if you install 2.1 version of Panasonic’s plugin

VBV too small. Compile aborted.

  Panasonic’s problem.      It’s supposed to be fixed with version 2.1 of Panasonics plugin. Video encoder buffer get empty when encoding

  The desired audio track doesn’t start at the beginning of the file, and FlasK MPEG didn’t detect it

Complex VOB file structures give unexpected results
